The report studies systemic problems in Crimea after the illegal occupation and annexation by the Russian Federation, including the issues of Ukrainian property in Crimea and its nationalization by Russia and breakaway Crimean authorities, preservation of cultural heritage, and re-registration of property of religious communities.
