The White Paper is available in Ukrainian and prepared with the assistance of the International Renaissance Foundation.
The White Paper analyzes Ukraine’s policy towards Crimea, and actions of Russia in the peninsula after its illegal annexation. It covers the establishment of occupation authorities, socio-economic situation, information and education problems, as well as political and legal decisions after Crimea’s occupation in 2014-2016.
