The program is implemented by the Ukrainian Center for Independent Political Research in partnership with the Eastern Europe Foundation and the NGO "Together Against Corruption" with the financial support of the EU. Its goal: strengthening the role of civil society and volunteers in overcoming the consequences of the war in Ukraine.
In the project, we focus our attention on comprehensive research:
- work of volunteer hubs;
- safety of volunteers;
- financial and tax aspects of volunteer’s activities and volunteer organizations;
- use of digital technologies by volunteers and volunteer organizations;
- experience and issues of attracting foreign volunteers to activities in Ukraine.
All activities are focused on identifying the problems of law enforcement, regulatory shortcomings and developing proposals for their elimination in order to improve the legal environment for volunteers and volunteer organizations, development of the state policy of volunteer activities.
