The project aims to identify main problems that exist in today's legislation and its practical use in the field of humanitarian aid. Within the framework of the project UCIPR will conduct a survey and a focus-group research with the resulting proposals and recommendations for improving the legislation.
The project aims to achieve the following key goals:
- To identify and classify main problems in humanitarian aid issue (both in the legislation and practise);
- To provide suggestions and recommendations for improving legal and practical environment of work with humanitarian aid, and;
- To involve the broad number of CSOs and beneficiaries to the process of problem-identifying and advocacy of positive changes to the humanitarian aid issue.
The project is implemented by UCIPR within the framework of the CSO Meter Hub in Ukraine with the support of the European Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ECNL) and funding from the European Union.
