Presentation of the Information and Communication Campaign #ТіХтоПідтримує (#ThoseWhoSupport)

The Ukrainian Center for Independent Political Research (UCIPR) and the Department of Public Communications of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) invite you to attend the presentation of the information and communication campaign #ТіХтоПідтримує (#ThoseWhoSupport).

When: July 14, 11:00 - 12:30.

Where: Kyivinform Press Center (Kyiv, 51A Volodymyrska St.).

Registration for the event will remain open until 12:00 on July 13 via the link.

Why is this important?

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, civil society organizations have become key actors in supporting individuals and communities. They assist internally displaced persons, military personnel, and veterans; facilitate blood donations; support those affected by Russian attacks; care for homeless animals; and find solutions where they are needed most.

At the same time, the civic sector's contributions often remain insufficiently visible to a broader audience.

That is why UCIPR and the Department of Public Communications of the KCSA, with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation, are implementing the #ТіХтоПідтримує (#ThoseWhoSupport)  campaign, which shares the stories of organizations and individuals who support Ukrainians every single day.

The campaign will run throughout the summer and will combine outdoor advertising, video stories, features, and narratives about public and charitable organizations helping people and communities across different parts of the country.

During the event, you will learn:

  • what inspired the the #ТіХтоПідтримує (#ThoseWhoSupport)  information and communication campaign and what are the stories it tells;
  • how civil society organizations support Ukrainians in times of war;
  • why it is vital to maintain trust in civil society and cultivate a culture of public participation;
  • what challenges the civic sector currently faces and how organizations find solutions to support individuals and communities.
