Project goal and activity
Prepare a White Book on Crimea temporarily occupied by Russia, map out and monitor the implementation of strategic guidelines of Ukraine’s policy towards the Russian-annexed Crimean Peninsula in the areas of culture and information, education, inter-ethnic relations, socio-economic issues, and property rights.
The Project provided for information, consultation, and advocacy actions. The Project output was be the White Book, giving a description of policies of the Ukrainian government towards Crimea and analysis of education policy. Project experts developed recommendations based on decisions of Russian and self-proclaimed Crimean authorities.
A report on the ethno-political and ethno-religious situation in occupied Crimea was written as part of the Project.
